09.04.2026Diane McFarlandI returned my sandals as you had sent the wrong size. You sent size 7 (40) when I ordered a size 6 (39). I returned the wrong size and requested an exchange for size 6 (39). I explained this on the website as well as in the parcel. You acknowledged receipt of the sandals and that you had arranged the exchange. The parcel was delivered on Tuesday. You have sent the wrong size again. Size 7 (40) instead of the size requested 6 (39). I now have to start the whole process again!
