We hope you love your new schuh purchase. If you’re unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return your item to us with your receipt. We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on unused items returned within 365 days. If the item is faulty we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange where available. As we do not offer a fitting service (with the exception of schuh Kids) please ensure your footwear is entirely suitable before use. This is in addition to, and does not affect your consumer rights. Items purchased can only be returned to a schuh store which accepts the currency used to purchase the items.
Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of socks when removed from their original packaging.
We've got a FREE and EASY returns service with UPS Access Points. You can drop off your unsuitable return at one of more than 3,000 local shops in Germany which are open early til late. Did we mention it's FREE!? Find your closest Access Point by clicking here.
We'll send you an email, after your order has been despatched, with a UPS returns label to print off and instructions on how to use it. Just wrap up your parcel, stick the label on and hand it over to your local UPS Access Point. Remember to keep your receipt too.

Items purchased on our German site can only be returned to a German schuh store. To do so, take along:
- Your confirmation email
- Your identity card
- Your returns form

If you would prefer to return your item via post rather than using our UPS Access Point service, fill in the Returns Form that was enclosed with your order or enclose a note detailing your name, address, contact number and reason for return. Package the shoes carefully in their original box & a secure outer wrapper where possible, and send them back clearly addressed to:

We recommend you use some form of registered post in case you need to track your parcel. We will email you to let you know that your return has been processed within 3 working days of receiving it through the post.
