08.03.2026karen reillyI had an issue initially when I tried to place the order and my payment was inexplicably declined. When I returned to place the order again the option for IMBOX protection was no longer there so I had to add a different pair of boots to my bag and IM OX appeared again. I selected IMBOX for the boots I actually wanted and removed the second pair. Bit of a rigmarole which was mildly irritating but confusing
