This set me in a bit of panic as I knew I had the funds, which on checking I did. I then tried a debit card with a different bank and this came up with the same reply. I then spoken to my friend who I was with and she said that she had the same issue when trying to order her shoes and had to use Klarna. This worked for me as well. This is obvioulsy an on-going issue with the online facility which needs to be sorted as it took me three times as long to order the shoes as it would have done normally
