When logging a return, I initially tried selecting that I wanted an exchange for the sam item (but the correct item) and it told me it's no longer in stock... Why not tell me it was out of stock and refund me originally after I placed my order instead of sending me a different pair of shoes?
My son (11) was really excited to receive the shoes I'd originally ordered for him, but was incredibly disappointed when the wrong ones arrived. Not a great experience for our first online order with you. This will definitely make me think twice when ordering online again.
