10.01.2026Luke HaleWhat should have been a simple return turned into a complete ordeal. I followed Schuh's return process and used InPost as instructed, but the shoes were lost. After spending over two and a half hours chasing this, I still have no resolution. Poor customer service and an incredibly frustrating experience — I expected much better.
