19.12.2025Georgina GingellWas trying to buy a different type of UGG shoe, after selecting my desired shoe size your website was telling me ‘hurry less than 5 left in stock’ for over 5 hours, each time I tried to add it to my basket, it would say ‘sorry! Another customer just grabbed the last pair! Please try again in a few hours incase they changed their minds’. Yet I was still being told ‘hurry less than 5 left!’ Not helpful, extremely frustrating. It would be helpful if your website would say the same thing/correct information.
I don’t normally have any problems with your company and shop with you often.
19.12.2025David RossIt was tricky to navigate some of the site and it seem to put me in a loop of having an email address – an account – and then a password and all got a little bit confusing – had to end up signing in or checking out as a guest.
