22.11.2025laura rooneyI tried 2 different blue light codes and as I was buying full price they should have worked but neither did (and I pasted them directly from the blue light site so no transcription errors). I was then told I had £5 reward available but no way to apply it…?! Very poor customer user journey

22.11.2025Nicola WoodgateSo I ordered shoes from you for the first time. They were huge, definitely not a UK6. So I’ve returned them and been deducted £3.99 for using InPost. So basically I paid delivery to me and then paid delivery to return them. For shoes that were not fit for purpose. Will never use you again.
