10.11.2025Emily FeelyI bought 2 pairs of trainers to try as sizing isn’t always accurate, I wanted to send one pair back (I spent over £160) and went to Lincoln city centre and also Leeds city centre to find there are no shops to return my item. So ended up having to pay £3.99 to return the item, very disappointing as I had spent a large amount of money and it is only fair to expect items do not always fit when bought online. I was really disappointed to find 2 city centres with no physical shop to return the item
