I would like to praise a member of Staff from the Newcastle Eldon Square Store by the name of Paul. When going to collect my parcel I took a funny turn as I was going into the Store I asked Paul for my parcel and also asked if I could have a glass of cold water with in minutes Paul brought my parcel and a bottle of cold water I was asked if I needed help with anything else and would I be ok leaving the Store on my own
5* service for your employee Paul and many thanks for the help
