11.05.2026VieI had to exchange these for a size 6 as they run very small, and so I did the exchange in store. When I tried to pick my boots up a few days later I was told they were lost in the post and that there were no more size 6s anywhere online or in store and so was offered a refund quickly. Whilst the staff were very polite and my refund came through quickly, a quick check online showed that there were several pairs of size 6 boots in the imperfect/ex-display section of the online storeif I had been given these as an option in store I would have ordered them right away! It would be great if in-store employees could suggest checking the imperfect section in instances like these, as I only stumbled upon it by chance!
