20.09.2026Kayleigh BreckenridgeGood loyalty scheme. Unfortunately I visited Glasgow Silverburn on Saturday 19 September and wasn't overly impressed. The floor was littered with various pieces of card, tissue etc from shoes being tried on. Staff were just walking past these instead of binning them. I had to really make an effort twice to be served, with members of staff standing in circles chatting to each other. I have previously shopped on a weekday and felt the service was better. On Saturday the shop felt messy & staff too busy chatting to each other.
