18.02.2026Lorraine AyresThe loyalty card is a nightmare. I didnt allow me to put my loyalty number in for the discount I had accrued. I had to go onto the chat which was very frustrating. Also the link could not be copied and pasted for the secure site for me to ensure my account was active. Therefore I am not able to log into my account as the link was incorrect. No idea how to do that now tbh. Honestly so frustrating.
