Trying to save driver's time and mine. Now looks like I am going to have to accept parcel then go through another returns procedure to hopefully get the refund I wanted.

Disappointed that you are charging £3.99 for the return when I did not have an option of returning them instore for free. Will think twice before buying anything else.
