25.10.2025Giordano PrinceOrdered a pair of shoes whilst away with work- for 7 days which has been proved- driver decided to leave the shoes in an authorised spot, I’ve returned and the shoes are no longer there after being left there for 7+ days. Contacted schuh and they accepted that the item was not delivered to myself but won’t refund or replace the shoes? Quite clearly going against the consumer rights act and trading standards which is surprising. Having looked at reviews it’s a common theme.
