22.10.2025Chloe DownesThis is a replacement order for an identificar pair and size that schuh and every are unable to find. I’ve had to spend a lot of time chasing up where the parcel is, and now pay a second time to hopefully get a refund on the first. I’ve had to pay more money for next day delivery, to get them for tomorrow (a present) even though the original order should have come with more than enough time. I would warn friends and family about using schuh and every. The parcels are too expensive and service too poor to go missing (to say such little effort is put into finding a timely solution!)
