20.10.2025Tilly I really appreciate the time and effort from the customer experience team and payments team they have been brilliant. I would like to thank all staff and Schuh for having the diversity scheme for individuals that only require one shoe and also for taking the time to really help and support customers to the best of their ability. I think it is a fantastic way to demonstrate equality. This is the first and only company i have seen be so inclusive and show so much consideration for it’s customers and i couldn’t be more grateful.
