18.08.2026Laura PearsonMy loyalty points had elapsed. This really frustrated me when purchasing. Had I have not had the 20% off code I would have brought them else where. The loyalty points need to stay longer.

18.08.2026Kristen CadleGreat choice of shoes, especially the UGG range. Really good loyalty scheme. The one year returns is also a really nice bonus just in case you change your mind. Whenever I go into the Leicester Fosse Park store, the staff are always really friendly and helpful.
