24.05.2026Alison SalterI cannot praise the staff a Bluewater enough for their help when I visited the store on 22nd May. I had gone in to collect an order, but there had been a mistake with the delivery and my trainers had gone to a different store. However they located the trainers in my size in store for me to try on. Unfortunately one of them was a display shoe which I didn’t really want, so they arranged for a new pair to be delivered to my house free of charge. The staff may have been following protocol, however I feel they couldn’t do enough to get to the bottom of the situation, plus they were very friendly. Huge thanks to the Bluewater team!
