Ellie was brilliant really patient with our rather fussy girls. So different from the lousy service we didn’t get from Dr Martens in Oxford Street. Well done shuh plus your iPhone stock control system is superb! Also good the manager Alex checks every sale for fit. Well done!

All the staff were helpful, but we were served by Kaiya who was incredibly helpful. She was chatty and engaged with both my kids, myself and my mum. We came out with an extra pair of shoes!
Good luck to her for her GCSE results next Thursday.

Macy was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help me find the shoes I was looking for, she found the ones I had been looking for quickly and professionally collecting my size quickly so I could try them on, it was not a chore for her to go and get various sizes for me to try and my experience in the shop was highly pleasant and fast so I could quickly run my errands.. As soon as I walked into the store she was smiling and very politely asked if I needed some help. Macy is an asset to your team and nothing to much to ask. Thank you and I look forward to shopping at schuh again! I wish her all the best!
