14.01.2026JohnOrder number- 3122033801-HAS BEEN CANCELLED BY YOUR AGENT IN CHAT. This was a duplicate order-because your system told me TWICE that the order HAD NOT BEEN SUCCESSFUL. THEN YOU HAVE TAKEN TWO PAYMENTS!!!

14.01.2026EddyOrdered then recieved 2 different shoes. Was unable to talk to anyone as only A I available and said A I chat was utterly overloaded and unable to load or answer. Asked to be sent correct shoes. Was given a refund. Utterly terrible service amd still unable to get a response from customer services. Ruined xmas and January bday presents
