14.01.2026EddyOrdered then recieved 2 different shoes. Was unable to talk to anyone as only A I available and said A I chat was utterly overloaded and unable to load or answer.
Asked to be sent correct shoes.
Was given a refund.
Utterly terrible service amd still unable to get a response from customer services.
