Plus the points system keeps me interested in spending and the returns policy is exceptional. My only gripe is that I was unable to use my anniversary discount on the shoes of my choice and the time limit didn't coincide with my income. 7 days to use it, wasn't enough so I lost 20% discount. That was very disappointing.

But when I needed to input a verification code sent by separate email I wasn't able to Copt & paste it. So had to write it down & then input, which due to it's length was irritating.
