10.09.2026Ann WilsonThe app for SCHUH was glitching for that long it has taken me over an hour to order one pair of trainers. Not a good look for your company. I am very frustrated.
The trainers wouldn’t ‘add to bag’ then I wasn’t able to pay, the app was just going round and round with the 3 dots. It’s taken around 20 different attempts to buy them. I would’ve gave up but they are a present for my daughter’s birthday. Very disappointed, frustrated and this has taken far too long to do.
