24.07.2026Julie ObrienI just wanted to give a positive review of the Glasgow Buchanan street store today. I was welcomed when I walked into store before heading to the kids department. I was warmly greeted by Rachel who asked if I needed my son’s feet measured. Rachel was so lovely. introduced herself to my son and engaged in chat while measuring his shoe size. We picked a couple of pairs we liked and Rachel kindly brought them over for him to try on. She made sure the shoes fitted well and checked for comfort and space as he tested the shoes out. We learned that Rachel was new to the store which surprised me as she was so professional, friendly and eager to help. Such a pro :) We ended up leaving with 2 new pairs of shoes and could not be happier with the service from Rachel and her colleagues. 10/10
