05.11.2025Carolyn SturdyI ordered some black crocs for my sons birthday but the wrong size was sent out, the box listed size 9 but the actual crocs were size 10 so no product check was done before the item was sent. I’ve now had to return the original order, I’m not happy about paying another £3.99 to send back. As time is short I can’t wait for the processing of an exchange so have now ordered another pair of size 9 and another £3.99 delivery charge.
