31.08.2026JulieTerrible experience. On 2 separate occasions, at 2 separate stores I was given shoes that were ex display and frankly, unsalable. When I checked the shoes (after payment) I seen they were effectively seconds and had to be refunded. I eventually ended up ordering online and there was no next day delivery option, so ended up getting the shoes on the very date I needed them by.
Spent thousands over the years in schuh but this is definitely my last purchase
