24.04.2026RobinMy package was never delivered, schuh was unable to communicate with the courier, I was refunded (which I hadn't agreed to) at the sale price I paid and told to just reorder at now non-discounted price. Won't ever buy from Schuh again and will advise friends the same

24.04.2026Tomi AkinyemiThe website is not clear about how you can add your rewards, also you can have a loyalty card without an account which is really confusing when you try and order online. You should make this more user friendly as I wasted a lot of time trying to order it made me want to just shop elsewhere
