22.04.2026Sally GibbonI collected a pair of boots from Schuh in Peterborough and they were unsuitable so I asked to return them straight away. I was unable to do this as I did not have an order confirmation email. I then managed to get this email by doing live chat on two occasions.
I then went to Milton Keynes armed with the correct paperwork. Molly served me and was amazing, she did not need any information as she was able to do it from the return paperwork that came with the boots.
What a different experience and a very helpful young lady, well done Molly
