As an observation..... I bought a pair of boots for my wife but had to return them as they were far too big. They cost 24.99 and I had a £2.50 discount ... costing £22.49. I paid £3.99 for delivery and £3.99 for returns ... receiving a refund of £18.50. So £7.98 for the pleasure of using the postal service. I bought them as I was going to return them to our local shop in Salisbury but without notice it closed (I used top have shoes delivered there). So in summary, with a local shop for delivery and returns the service is great .... but without a local shop I will not be using Schuh again.
