07.01.2026Colleen BrobbelI returned the. kickers boots within 2 days of receipt as they were too small-size 5. I requested an exchange for size 6. The boots were returned on Monday 29 December and received by you on Tuesday 30 December. I paid £89.99 for them. It was supposed to be free return. I definitely requested an exchange for size 6. Today,without warning I have received a refund for £81.00. A) why this amount? B) why a refund? If no longer in stock and I havent checked the website yet,it would have been nice to have reveived an email to explain.Most disappointed
