17.12.2025Abha GandhiI have received Reebok trainers with a damaged lace . Since yesterday I’ve been on the phone trying to speak to someone at customer service with absolutely no one picking up ! I’ve tried the live chat which is useless too . This service is terrible. I’d like to report the damaged lace and return these trainers but I can speak to nobody ! Why not ! It’s very disappointing
17.12.2025David Not possible to return to your shop. Had to hunt around for somewhere to send it back to you and to add insult to injury you've only refunded me for one pair when I returned two pairs. Won't be using you again
