15.12.2025Tina ruffI was sent two pairs of same trainer same colour and size when only ordered one and charged for both hence return for refund.I was told that due to this error i wouldntnt be charged postage,however youve stated that youve deducted £3.99 from refund which isnt what was agreed so please refund it back thank you.
15.12.2025Andrew Payne I returned the Dr.Martin Zebag shoes because they were faulty, and I specifically requested an exchange of the shoes, but for some reason best known to yourselves, you have refunded me. I now have to buy a new pair, which are now more expensive. This is appalling service.
