12.12.2025Lorna OliverI bought a different style of boot but it wasn’t comfortable so I returned it and asked for a replacement style. I was then asked for an additional £50.01 to cover the price difference. The issue is that both styles are the same price on this site, both in the sale and I was being asked for the difference to the original price. This isn’t great and made me question buying again from Schuh. I have but if these don’t fit I’ll not be bothering with any replacements.
