10.12.2025paul readOrdered some UGG shoes for my partners 50th but after waiting over a week and nothing arriving I contacted Schuh to ask if they knew when my parcel will arrive, they said they would chase it for me.
I’ve now had an email stating that the parcel has been returned and they’ve charged me for sending it back.
I never sent it back because I never received it, there was no attempt to deliver the parcel in the first place.
I would like a full refund and not be deducted funds for sending a parcel back that I never received
10.12.2025SamanthaI ordered the boots but fed ex didn’t deliver them after I’d re arranged a new delivery date they just returned them back to the supplier, without even trying to deliver them too me on the date!
