Instead I received the messzge about missed delivery and item being sent back to pick up point as per my request which I never requested. Tried to call on the number provided. No one is picking up. After receiving and email about successful return request and item being delivered back to warehouse.
26.11.2025Laura McCully Brutal website. Tried all day to use my £5 credit. I continuously received blank emails. It took ages to get speaking to someone, even then they couldn’t help. They said I’d receive my code within an hour via email - it never arrived. Just a very frustrating experience all round! Very reluctant to use Schuh website again!!
