01.09.2026Paul CumminI was signed in to my account, used my brithday code, placed the order with Apple Pay option and completed my order. it looks like the Apple Pay overrides the Schuh account as mine has a different email address and the order is not on my account now and I won't get my loyalty points or history.
01.09.2026Amy AugustyniakI wasn't allowed to choose Next Day Delivery but didn't tell me why. Told me it wasn't available - don't offer it then. Had to go back 3 times to find out it was because I can't use Next Day on my order even though it was pushing me to use Next Day all the way through my order... now it HAS to be standard. Quite annoying but hey ho
