13.11.2025Catherine Mc GlynnI placed an order online for a pair of HOFF trainers on Monday and was charged for them. Yesterday I was sent an email thanking me for my return of the shoes. I hadn’t even received the shoes in the first place so I don’t know how a return was requested. When I discovered I wouldn’t be receiving the shoes I went to re order and to my disappointment my size at the sale price is now sold out. All I got was a “sorry for any inconvenience caused” by customer care. I will not be shopping with Schuh again and will not be recommending them to anyone.
