23.10.2025Sarah Morgan I visited the kids Schuh in Stratford Westfield this evening with my 5 year old son who is quite particular about his footwear. I was looking for a pair that would fit correctly as he is inbetween sizes. Rizwan was exceptionally helpful from the moment we entered the store. He checked sizes that were available and spoke to my son about the types of colours he likes and asked him what shoes he liked and checked the stock to see what he could try on. It was not an easy job as we had to try on quite a few pairs some too small and others too big but Rizwan was happy to help and checked each time so we could get a perfect fit. Once we had found a pair my son was tired and didn’t want to change his shoes again. Rizwan said it would be fine for him to wear them straight away so he didn’t have to change. My son was very happy to do this and excited to wear his new shoes. I just wanted to say a big thank you for being patient and understanding as many shops get frustrated with little ones but everyone in store made us feel comfortable and smiled. Definitely will come again for our next pair of trainers! Brilliant customer service and a very child friendly approach! Happy child is a happy mum! Thanks guys!
