03.08.2026JeannaTerrible. Faulty buckle. Took two weeks to process refund but I was sent an exchange in the wrong size and colour and I’ve spent a long time on two occasions to customer service to get a refund and this will now take another two weeks.

03.08.2026Corinne JamesI have belonged to the Schuh Club since it started. Every single time I try to get a code I just get sent an empty email. Its completely pointless because I then have to complain and I just can't be bothered today. I'm disabled and in a lot of pain. Don't get me wrong £5 would really help. I have been shopping at Schuh since its inception. I don't understand why in all this time you haven't been able to sort this out.
