I cant praise Jasper enough. He is incredible. He is a real asset to the company and a real genuine, polite and caring human.
My son has anxiety and sensory difficulties when it comes to shoe shopping, its always a difficult experience for him, not today , ive never seen him so calm and willing to try shoes on, Jasper was understanding and compassionate, and engaging with myself and my son. He is great at his job and has an amazing natural gift with people. My son was so happy with his trainers he even tried insoles which is unheard-of! and is actually for the first time willing to go back into a shoe shop without as much anxiety in the future.
He said 'i really like Jasper, he was really nice, i think we should come here next time'

Guys. My 9 year old daughter bought a pair of vans and my partner a pair of fly boots at your Truro store today at around 3.30 pm today ( 17/02/20 ). I just wanted to say I was genuinely hugely impressed by how helpful and patient the guy that served us was. He went out of his way with my daughter to make sure she got the right trainers ( she was so undecided she got herself a bit stressed ). The service we got was absolutely first class. I never ever write reviews but felt I needed to. My partner and daughter were both incredibly pleased with their shoes. Thank you. It’s nice to see genuine pride in staff and kind caring people. :-).
