He treated me with a smile and a hello when I entered the store and then precedid to assist me in finding the correct shoe all the while chattingto me and engaging in conversation. I was very impressed with this young gentleman and the ease I and professionalism that he displayed. I was cabin crew for BA for 31 years so I know what good customer service looks like and this gentleman is it. Thank you
