I now have an email saying a refund will be processed, why? No one has delivered this item or attempted to deliver this item. And should have come atthe same time as the other pair. I never requested a refund or return! AND you have stated that you will be deducted £3.99 !!!! If you are deciding to not send the shoe then FULL refund will be required as this was not a decision on my part.
