04.12.2025LaurenI have ordered 2 pairs of the same shoe only one was delivered separately for some reason the other stated still in transit. I now have an email saying a refund will be processed, why? No one has delivered this item or attempted to deliver this item. And should have come atthe same time as the other pair. I never requested a refund or return! AND you have stated that you will be deducted £3.99 !!!! If you are deciding to not send the shoe then FULL refund will be required as this was not a decision on my part.
