04.08.2026ClaireI sincerely trust that you have not charged me £3.99 to return these Crocs. I ordered a size 7, the detachable label on the shoes said size 7 as did the packaging. However the Crocs were a size 6 as was shown on the sole of the shoe. I have ordered another pair of size 7 and sincerely hope that the sizing is correct this time.

04.08.2026simon Scott-Caventhe order would not go through on my phone, i tried about 8 or 9 times to pay an i was just going round in circles no matter how i tried to pay, pay pal, apple pay or off my card details.. so stressful.. had to get my wife to place the order at work pc
04.08.2026Richard AspinallAfter completing the order for collect from store I got the order confirmation page telling me I can collect the shoes from Monday at 2pm. That's no good to me at all I'm going on holiday on Sunday for 7 nights. I selected collect form store because standard delivery said delivered by monday which I knew might be too late. I wanted to the chosen day delivery option which was listed in the delivery options on the sale page but wasn't given as an option at the checkout. Poor e-commerce experience, this is 2026 you should really have a better customer experience on your website than this, I'm going to have to figure out how I can cancel the order now
