02.12.2025EvaI requested an exchange for a different size, but was given a refund instead. I spoke to customer service, but they said I would just need to order again. I was charged for postage and for the return, which is a big waste of money if I have to order a second time. For this reason I decided not to reorder and to buy shoes from a different brand.
02.12.2025Joanna GriceThis order failed to be delivered twice & when it arrived the boxes were so badly damaged (photos taken) I sent the items back & have only received a refund for one of the items so far. I’m still awaiting a refund for the ‘puma speedcat ballet’ even though I’ve received email communication confirming the refund has been processed. I’m so unimpressed as I’m a regular customer & the service this time has been absolutely appalling. I’ve attempted to get in touch with customer services & haven’t had a response. I’d like to escalate this please.
