01.10.2026Michelle picklesI returned an item for a refund as I had already ordered 2 sizes and you sent me the item again despite me stating on the return label that a refund was required. Just frustrating having to go through the process again. Plus it was sent whilst I was on holiday so the parcel was just left whilst no one was home
01.10.2026Zobia AzamNot happy because i recieved damaged product. There were clear marks on one shoe and laces so i returned the pair and shuh took return postage from my refund. Why do i have to pay for return when shoe is damaged how is this my fault
01.10.2026Julie MilesCould not order without registering for an account, which was not an easy process and something I didn't want to do. If I hadn't been ordering as a gift for my granddaughter I would have left the site without ordering.
