07.08.2026Kayleigh KellyReally disappointed that the £3.99 returns charge has been deducted from my refund total. I took my parcel into Aberdeen city to return it for free in store only to find that the only Schuh store we had has now closed. I was therefore forced to return my parcel via InPost. I feel the £3.99 return charge shouldn't apply in this case. Can this charge be refunded to me please?
