No details on the purchase page about how long it may take to deliver the gift card to my inbox. 3 hours later it arrived which meant all next day delivery and collect from store options had been removed and now waiting for standard delivery in 3-5 days. Not good enough really
20.02.2026Rachel Hodges I paid £3.99 for delivery which I accepted and to return them I had to pay another £3.99. I chose to drop them off at ASDA.
I didn't really think I'd pay almost £8 for the privilege of trying some boots on. These boots were damaged as they had a dent in where the zip on the front of the tongue was. This was on each boot too. Clearly not made very well.
I won't be purchasing anything again from Schuh, absolute rip off.
