21.01.2026WendyI paid £30 for N balance and £4.99 for the item to be delivered. Unfortunately the shoes were too small and I returned them for refund. But to my surprise I received £26. Refund.
The total amount paid was £34.99 and if you have charged for return. I should have received £30 for the item. U cannot deduct from item price for return fees. U need to deduct from total amount that were paid originally.

21.01.2026Mike SullivanI saw that I had a £5 voucher so signed in and it said I needed a code to login to Shuh club to access my voucher, which was emailed to me. Despite cutting and pasting it, it said the code was invalid. I requested another, same result. I even typed each digit in and still didn't accept it.
